Determination of Limit
- Limit will be determined by the stock and/ or volume of sales.
- Maximum 80% of the stock value to be financed.
Through EMI/ Lump sum.
Maximum BDT 5,00,00,000.
Maximum three years.
Security and/or Collateral
- Hypothecation of stock and/or receivables.
- Registered mortgage of land & buildings and/or Tripartite agreement for shop and/ or business premises and/ or any other collateral.
