This minimal security required and EMI repayment based loan tenor of maximum 3 years, is a good choice for small and medium-sized businesses.

Purpose
To meet regular, as well as additional requirements of businesses; i.e. it will be part of working capital of the business.

Determination of Limit

• Limit will be determined by the stock and/ or volume of sales.
• Maximum 80% of the stock value to be financed.

Repayment

• Through EMI/ Lump sum.

Loan Amount

• Maximum BDT 5,00,00,000.

Tenor

• Maximum three years.

Security and/or Collateral

• Hypothecation of stock and/or receivables.
• Registered mortgage of land & buildings and/or Tripartite agreement for shop and/ or business premises and/ or any other collateral.
