Purpose
It's a Term loan for CNG Refueling conversion/ Light Engineering/ project finance (package deal including non-funded).

Determination of Limit

• Loan amount will be maximum 90% of the value of the imported and/ or locally procured machinery.

Repayment

• Through EMI: Moratorium period: maximum six months.

Loan Amount

• Maximum BDT 5,00,00,000.00

Tenor

• Maximum five years.

Security/ Collateral

• Hypothecation of machineries and/ or stock and/ or receivables.
• Registered mortgage of project land & building; additional land (if required).
• PG of the spouse of the proprietor/ PG of the directors.
